In looking to leverage social media to draw users to their products, Intuit contacted us about an application that would aggregate many social media connections into one system. We responded by building them Tell-A-Friend, an application with hooks into Facebook, Gmail, and E-mail applications.

Tell-A-Friend connects many of the social networks that users are familiar with into one application. After a few quick sign-ins, users select the contacts they wish to refer and the application does the heavy lifting in sending E-mail and Facebook Notification referrals.
From there users can track which of their friends have received or opened the referrals and how many have become Intuit product users.

Tell-A-Friend allows Intuit Marketing to track the conversion rates of different phrases entered into any of their applications as users click them to refer their friends.
Tell-A-Friend administrators can track the progress of a message delivered to their users via E-mail or Facebook Notification and view how many referrals with that message have been sent, read, or converted to users.
